Michael Lapreziosa holds a teacher\u2019s certificate and a 4th degree Black Belt (Yon dan) in the American Self Defense Karate Association and Shuto Karate Club. He began training with Shuto Karate Club under Master Robert Trotta in July 2009. Mr. Delguidice began his training in Shotokan karate at the age of 8 in Brooklyn, NY. He obtained the rank of Shodan (1st degree Black Belt) as a teenager. Flournoy Shihan is a 26-year veteran of the Pennsylvania State Police who began his martial arts training in 1962. He joined the Shuto Karate Club in 1964 and studied Shotokan karate under Louis Rabouin, Teruyuki Okazaki, and Keinosuke Enoeda.
