Our regular classes combine traditional Japanese Shotokan karate methods and modern self-protection drills and instruction. Our “Tiny Samurai” class for 4-6 year-olds is not a karate class, but focuses on posture, movement, balance, coordination, and following instructions in a playful environment, with a martial-arts flavor and some basic self-protection habits..

Children’s classes (ages 7-14) are Mondays and Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15 PM, and Saturdays 9:30 to 10:30 AM.

Adults’ classes (ages 15 and up) are from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays and 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM on Saturdays.

An open class for children and adults (not Tiny Samurai) is on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

Escrima (sticks) class is on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30. This is open to members age 12 and above.
